  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing, browsing, or registering on My Esport, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all rules or guidelines posted on the Site. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required in your country) to use our Services. Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian permission.
  3. User Accounts
    • Certain features (predictions, Fantasy League, notifications, quests, etc.) require account creation.
    • You are responsible for your account information, security, and all activities under your account.
    • Provide accurate, up-to-date information at all times.
  4. Core Features
    • Live match tracking across 12+ major esports titles (League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, Rocket League, etc.)
    • Live scores, schedules, brackets, rankings, statistics, VODs
    • Prediction system with global and private leaderboards (prediction leagues)
    • Fantasy League, anti-spoiler features, quests & rewards
    • Custom notifications (mobile, PC), site personalization, multi-language support
    • Discord Bot (notifications, stats, match alerts for your server)
    • Community features (chat, sharing, contests, etc.)
  5. User Conduct
    • You agree not to:
      • Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
      • Infringe on intellectual property rights (game publishers, teams, organizers, etc.)
      • Post hateful, offensive, or unlawful content
      • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
      • Use automation or cheats in any feature (Fantasy, predictions, etc.)
  6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights
    • My Esport is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially partnered with any game publishers or tournament organizers (e.g. Riot Games, Valve, Ubisoft, Epic Games, EA, etc.).
    • All game names, logos, images, sounds, videos, teams, tournaments, and related content are the property of their respective owners.
    • Content (scores, images, VODs, logos, etc.) is displayed for informational and community purposes. We will remove protected content immediately upon request from rights holders.
    • You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from My Esport without written permission.
    • By posting content on the Site (e.g. messages, public predictions, Fantasy creations), you grant My Esport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it as part of the Site’s operation and marketing.
  7. Discord Bot
    • Our Discord bot provides notifications, stats, and match alerts for your Discord server.
    • Use of the bot is subject to these Terms and Discord’s policies.
    • My Esport is not responsible for the management or moderation of third-party servers.
  8. Third-Party Services & Links
    • Some features rely on third-party services/APIs (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Google, etc.).
    • We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external services or websites.
  9. Moderation & Termination
    • We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any inappropriate conduct.
    • We may remove user content or accounts in case of complaints, cheating, or breach of the rules.
  10. Disclaimer
    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantee of accuracy, availability, or error-free operation. My Esport is not liable for interruptions, data loss, or bugs (including in scores, stats, or results).
  11. Limitation of Liability
    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Esport, its owners, staff, or partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the Site.
    • Participation in prediction leagues, Fantasy, or community contests is at your own risk.
  12. Changes
    We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users, but continued use means acceptance of updates.

Privacy Policy
